I would like to share a healthy visualization exercise that will promote the well being of mind and body. It is called Love Saturation (LS).
LS is very natural and soothing.
It is practised to reduce stress and it gives a sense of well being and harmony.
Doing LS makes one feel energetic and calm all the time.
It is a good way to combat stress and fatigue.Many people who did LS say that they see positive result such as feeling calm and energetic.
If you find LS beneficial to you, please tell your friends about it so that everyone can benefit from embracing loving kindness.
Note : The “Love” here refers to pure, unconditional love, or simply loving kindness. If you feel difficult to feel “love”, simply feel other higher emotions like Compassion, gratitude, blissfulness etc.
Here’s the step by step visualization for LS.
If you want to do LS with your friends in a group, simply guide them with the instructions below.Love Saturation
1. Sit or lie down comfortably. you can play nice soothing background music if you want to.
2. Take three slow, deep breaths and keep yourself calm and relax.
3. Imagine there is white, warm and comforting light of pure love and compassion glowing at your chest. Feel the pure love and compassion in the white light. While doing LS, it is helpful to keep smiling because smiling promotes good feelings.
4. Now imagine the white light of pure love spreads to every part of you body (head, hands, legs etc.) and then imagine every cell in your body is filled with white light of pure love. hold this imagination for about one minute. Enjoy the blissful feeling of love in your glowing body.
5. Imagine from your body, the white light of pure love is radiated and extended to fill your surrounding. imagine your room is filled with white light of love…. and then it expands to fill the whole town/city with love.
6. Imagine the white light of pure love expands until it fills the whole planet earth. Imagine earth as a big sphere and the white light is filling the whole sphere (its interior and atmosphere).
7. Now imagine all living beings (plants, animals, humans) are filled with white light of pure love. Imagine they are feeling good and growth in the white light of love.
Further imagine that the flowers of pure love bloom in their hearts and pure love is further radiated from these flowers of love.8. Do it 15 to 30 minutes everyday.
9. You can also send love to anybody by imagining white light of pure love being sent to that person.

I have been practising trance nowadays.
Simply sit, relax and imagine falling down slowly like a feather and enter a trance state.
I hold my consciousness as much as possible in this state until I can see vivid pictures of indiced lucid dreaming.
Slowly I will go into deeper trance and remain aware in it.

In the Arcturian system there are no extreme temperatures. Their civilization is one that has transcended duality and lives in oneness. The same is true for those who are allowed to give birth. They are screened and tested in terms of their auric and vibrational frequencies, and when chosen by the elders to give birth to an Arcturian child, people go through an amazing process. The Arcturian Starships
The Arcturian starships are the finest in the entire universe. They are propelled by crystals that do not come from that planet but from a planet in the Milky Way that has not been discovered by Earthly scientists. These crystals have a way of conducting light energy from the Great Central Sun.
The Arcturians say that they not longer use computers because they long ago outgrew the need for them. They have other systems that are far more advanced. One section of the starship is a replication of Arcturus. It has the ability to take any crewmember back to Arcturus in his etheric body. This helps to strengthen and rejuvenate crewmembers who are away from home for long periods of time as they traverse the universes. Earth’s frequency is very harsh for Arcturians because of their fifth-dimensional frequency.

Another room in the Arcturian starship has a complete data bank containing every aspect of Earth life and of life on other planets as well. Many of their bases on Earth are inside mountains. Arcturians can manifest physically, but they also exist in the etheric state, so physical matter is not an obstacle to them.
There is a vaporizing section in a starship that can instantly make any person or object disappear. They use it on a person only if he has died. The amazing thing about this machine is that whatever is vaporized can be resolidified at any time in the future just by checking the ship’s records. The more I learn about Arcturus, the more Star Trek seems realistic.
Many souls are brought to the Arcturian starships during the dream state where they are worked on and helped, although the Arcturians never invade a person’s free choice as the Grays are doing. The Arcturians are here to assist humans in entering the fourth and fifth dimensions of reality and in raising their vibrational frequencies. They are based in every country on the planet and, and in fact, have bases all over the universe. Today I would like to write about an interesting “simulation game”.
This game is very similar to another role playing game called SIMS 2. The difference is that YOU will be playing multiple roles at once.
Before playing this game, YOU are formless, which means YOU do not have a physical body. Therefore YOU need a “medium” to play the simulation game.
To start the game YOU carefully choose a “character” and plan his role in the big game. YOU look around in the game matrix to find a suitable family for this character. Since YOU are curious to learn about this game, YOU also set a “mission” or several missions for the role so that YOU will experience certain events through this role. Sometimes YOU can set a mission for the role to cause certain events in the game to happen.
Once YOU have done all the settings, YOU “incarnate” into the baby of the family that YOU have chosen. Now YOU have a “body” to play the role in this game. Let’s label this new born baby as YOUR “extension” since he is literally an extension of YOU in this game.
Since YOU are playing multiple characters in this game, YOU will be controlling many “extensions” in the game.
Time flies…. Woosshhhh
Some of your extensions are now adults. Their lives are getting interesting and YOU just sit back and watch things happen. YOU, as a consciousness, are controlling YOUR extension with YOUR will. Whenever YOU wish an extension to move about, YOU will YOUR extension to do so. YOUR extension will get a “gut feeling” and move according to YOUR will.
Sometimes it is not easy to “tell” YOUR extension what to do as they can be very stubborn. Let’s say that one of YOUR extensions is called Jason. One day Jason is walking back home from college. YOU notice that there are many fierce puppies roaming around the road. They could probably hurt Jason seriously. Jason does not know about the puppies since he didn’t sense the presence of these blood thirsty beasts. YOU tried to warm him about the danger by sending some “wave message” to him.
Jason got YOUR warning. He felt uncomfortable in his heart and stomach. However, his ego causes him to think that he shouldn’t detour just to save time. He thinks and analyses too much and decides to walk the path he used to walk.
AAAAUUUCHHH!!! Too bad Jason got bitten by those cute, blood thirsty puppies and he is bedridden in hospital for a week. From this event he learned his lesson.
Well, sometimes YOU might feel that YOUR extensions are so stubborn to listen to your warnings and hints, which might annoy both parties. YOU know that YOU and YOUR extensions should cooperate well to play the game smoothly.
Now let us use a bit of extended imagination….
Let’s say that Jason, Tom and Lisa are YOUR extensions. One of their “missions” in life is to meet each other and become good friends. YOU carefully choose to incarnate them in the same residential area. One day you manifest an event that interest these three extensions, let’s say a party. YOU will YOUR extensions to walk to each other and YOU will them to have interest to talk to each other, They break the ice and become friends. Congrates, YOU have accomplished something in the game! That is how everything works
(Dear readers, try to imagine you are the will of a few people and imagine willing them to walk to each other and greet each other… or setting events so that YOUR extensions will meet each other. Imagine as clear as possible as if YOU are controlling several consciousness at once)
Jason, Tom and Lisa always hang out together. They always chat online too. They ARE actually the same, which are actually YOU, but due to their “illusionary perception” they thought they are just separated individuals…. It must be fun for YOU to play them without them to notice that they are actually the same
Well, let’s say that I am also a game player, and YOU and I are in the game of another game, and there is another BIGGER YOU playing YOU and I as extension… and this BIGGER YOU is the extension of another BIGGER YOU.. This goes right up to THE BIGGEST YOU, the Will, or consciousness of all consciousness… Some people call this BIGGEST YOU as God, others prefer to label him as universal super consciousness, or whatever bombastic names. However, YOU and I know that there is no separation between both of US and we are just the extension of THE BIGGEST YOU. Too bad OUR extensions on planet earth still live in the illusions, thinking that every extension is separated from each other…

YOU actually love YOUR extensions. They are cute little people under YOUR care to play their role in the illusionary world. YOU actually hope that YOUR extensions will start to know YOU, say hello to YOU or talk to YOU. Well, if YOU love your “creations” so much that YOU will help them in their path, and if they turn to YOU and request something from YOU, I believe YOU will help them to grant their desire right? Too bad after playing the game for a long time, many extensions still never get to know YOU. They are still living in their illusionary world, worrying about their assignments and work. You can’t really blame them right? Look at Jason, he is listening to his egos all the time and he is playing Britney Spear’s crappy songs respectively all the time in his mental ear. With such low awareness, don’t YOU think it is difficult for him to notice YOU? He needs to put effort to look deep into himself!
If these extensions want to manifest the lives that they want, or grow spiritually, they need to look deep into themselves and get to know YOU!
YOU want to help them, so YOU come to ME.
I have a wise extension called Prophy. Prophy always listen and connect to ME and I always help him to fulfill his desires. I know Prophy can help YOUR stubborn extension, Jason in his mission to connect to YOU. So YOU and I have made an agreement to let Jason learn spiritually under Prophy. Both of us manifest a situation and let Prophy and Jason meet somewhere….
Prophy and Jason chatted for a long time. Jason was deeply inspired by Prophy. He learns a lot about reality manifestation from Prophy and improves very fast. Under Prophy’s teaching, Jason meditates and stays away from TV and movies. He learns to face his egos and lower emotions like fear and hatred. Prophy teaches Jason to increase his awareness and to get to know YOU. In their world, WE are being called “higher selves” or “souls”, what a weird name for US.
To get to know his “higher self”, Jason learns that his physical body, personality, mental chatter, rubbish memories etc. are not the real him (YOU). He let go his ego and mental thinking, and sinks deep. He stays in the now and feel aware. He feels so calm, crystal clear and suddenly he feels a Zen like realization. He “sees” a big pool of universal consciousness, connected to everything, spaceless and formless. Yes, finally YOUR extension sees YOU. He is waving his hands at YOU…. Wow man, YOU got really excited. Finally YOUR extension has successfully known YOU!
Now Jason feels connected to YOU. He realized that connecting to YOU helps him in fulfilling his wishes. YOU help him in tackling various issues. For example, whenever Jason faces his exam, he let YOU know his problems and desire to do well in exam.
He let YOU know the outcome he desired by imagining the result vividly. He let YOU know more by feeling (emotion) the success of doing well in his future exam. He confirms his desire by having the will of doing well in his exam. He “faxed” this information to YOU in a clean, tidy, clearly described form. Since YOU know exactly what Jason wants, YOU set up various situations where Jason will be successful in his exam. YOU arrange other smart extensions to help him along the way. YOU arrange various events that are not expected by Jason. YOU nourish Jason’s physical body to keep him healthy. YOU let Jason “feel” the questions that might come out in the exam, so that Jason knows which chapter should be learned more. In the end of the day, Jason did very well in his exam. He thanked YOU with gratitude.
Years later, Jason falls in love with Jenny, who is a very pretty girl, who happens to be MY extension. Jason tries to gain Jenny’s heart but failed at many attempts. He asked Prophy for advice. Prophy told him to talk to ME, saying that if I allow Jenny to be his, then they will become a loving couple. Jason asks ME to grant his wish, so I manifest a situation for them to meet and I let Jenny pay closer attention to Jason. Politely Jason talks to her and ask her out. Jenny does not know why she was so turned on by Jason. Finally, they become happy couple
Years later Jason decides to develop spiritually. He decides to get to know YOU, and also THE BIGGEST YOU. He realizes that he has to overcome the illusions that make him perceive himself as separated from all living beings. First he has to overcome his lower emotions, especially fear and ego. After embracing love and higher emotions for some time I notice that these emotions are starting to manifest in my reality
At least in etherical plane, if not Physically
As I WIE love I can feel ethereal warmth instantly (those who do pyrokinesis know this kind of warmness that is not warm physically but yet you can feel the warmth)
and I am feeling strong vibration in my cells and body most of the time.
It seems my body is reactive to my chunk of rose quartz.
as I hold it I feel strong vibration gradually
I hold my rose quart when I sleep and that gives me very strong vibration when I wake up
I start to become aware and sensitive to my weakness such as ego
that gives me better opportunity to deal with them and transforming myself more to light
I plan to transmute myself further to become a being of light,
by overcoming my dark side and embracing love
seems like love might manifest further into physical plane and cause me to glow literally?
I am looking forward for such Photokinesis,
I have managed to manipulate the weather in 2005
It was a mid term experiment for me to learn how to control the weather
After manifesting foggy summer, sunny autumn and mild winter,
I can conclude that I have fairly mastered the way to control local weather
this year I shall move on to manipulate global weather

There is very strong sensation and my physical body suddenly felt very energetic
later I connect to ALL other spakrs (individual) of consciousness and become one…
I use Anchor WIE to hook to such state so that I stay so all the time.

I train my mind while playing table tennis.
My friends and I are playing everyday (maybe this event happens due to automatic manifestation so that I can experiment with some mental stuffs)
My focusing ability is improving tremendously while playing and now my table tennis skill is getting better like sky rocket !
Next I shall experiment playing table tennis in Theta or deep alpha state (anchor)
Summer is over and it is getting cold.
I have decided to make my town hotter using pyrokinesis
“file” colour = red.
I sat by the window, closed my eyes and WIE that the town becomes red hot.
when I opened my eyes,
I saw the whole huge chunk of cload splited in two revealing the clear blue sky.
Possibly temperature difference that was caused by pyrokinesis made a change in air pressure,
forcing the clouds to move in two different direction
hence the cloud “split”
I experiment further by “splitting” more clouds using pyrokinesis and I kept getting the same outcome.
Cool. I discovered something interesting accidentally
There are simple ways of manifesting.
Innovating chandans idea on chandan condensation technique
I have created a technique called color shape simple manifestation technique (it is just a label)
Assign a few color shapes as your manifestation “files”
for example,
manifesting wealth…
WIE vividly that you are being a billionaire and you possess many things
and assign it to a red square or red box…
Rex square will become your manifesting symbol of wealth.
do this assigning WIE everyday
after that just WIE that you are inside the red box, or imagine all cells are in red box and you might feel (sensation) like the manifestation is working
you can also WIE that people around you being in the red box or the whole universe is full of red boxes… (it is not wrong to WIE other people being wealthy )
There are many possibilities of creating other “files”
such as assigning blue balls to health and yellow diamond shapes to seduction (make opposite sex horny)
You can have a “playlist” of minifestation “files” and can use them conveniently,
at work or at play
Here’s an example of “playlist”
red box : wealth manifestation
blue ball : being healthy
green diamond : seduction
purple pyramid : cool social life
White shapeless : everyone soak in love
etc.

To understand more about the relationship between inner world (consciousness, I do not use the word “mind” here to avoid confusion) and outer world (reality/universe)
I change my regular perception towards both of them to find out if inner world is in fact the same thing as outer world, where they are being masked by illusion so that they appear as different things.
I play a reverse game.
I imagine the surrounding that I perceive is my inner world, my mind and feelings
and I imagine that my inner self (mind, feelings, etc) is the physical world.
I realize something very interesting.
This gives me endless possibilities to play around with such imagination.
For example, instead of feeling love and imagine it being spread to surrounding,
I can imagine the surrounding is feeling love and being spread to my inner world.
I have weird perception that I feel inner world is actually outer world.
I realize that we are not like a body that contains a soul or consciousness.
There is no rule to say that our consciousness is contained inside our physical body right?
What if our consciousness is something very big wrapping around our physical body and the consciousness is just perceiving the physical reality through our small physical body?
I slowly come to a realization that consciousness is also wrapping around our surroundings and just perceiving through a small dot of 5 senses of our physical body.
I felt a sensation that my consciousness = surrounding is perceiving through me and at the same time I am perceiving my surrounding, and possibly my consciousness (or maybe my consciousness is also your consciousness) is also perceiving reality through YOUR (yes I mean you) senses as well and your consciousness (?) is now perceiving reality through my senses.
Interesting perception.
All these start from exchanging the role of inner world and outer world.
I hope I will discover more interesting realization soon.
Today I selpt at 1.30 am (tired)
and I woke up fresh from my bed at 4.30 am (without alarm clock)
I slept for only 3 hours and I felt fresh.
I might sleep for even shorter period next

while I was reading the eBook A Pocket Full of Money I suddenly (intuitively) have the urge of creating another blog.
It is an open blog for anyone in the world to join and write something on it.
I might want to call the blog “Happy People” or “The Positive Blog”
Anybody can write a list of goals or share happy, positive things in life.
I think if the new blog is successful we will have a huge team of Happy People.
Imagine thousand of happy people manifest happy events in life.
I might include this blog in Love Movement.
NOTE : I am not really going to create this blog yet,
it is just an idea.
Let’s wait and see what happen next.
I shall let things flow naturally.
Normally I sleep around 10 pm and wake up tired at 5.30 am.
After I use time distortion (Chronokinesis) I can sleep less.
Yesterday I selpt around 1 am and woke up very fresh at 5 am.
I shall try to shorten my sleep.
Never know I might just need 3 hours of sleep a day.
Before I sleep I just WIE that the event sequence of my surrounding is becoming slower until everything stand still. The event sequence stop.

Today while I was taking an afternoon nap
I WIE that my inner world (mind) is merged with the outer world (reality/universe)
I connect and dissolve myself into every existance so that there is no barrier between my mind and reality.
I felt weird sensation and I do not know how to describe it.
I shall do more self discovery on connecting and dissolving.
Hopefully I will realise something from my finding.

Today evening is very relaxing
I sat comfortably on a big office chair in my room
while listening to Dr. Laura’s Free from Limitation / Love Supraliminal Plus and soothing instrumental music with my headphone
while enjoying the beautiful sunset (Sungazing) for about 30 - 44 minutes.
Life is so enjoyable.
I read an article on Tortue’s Psychic website on Chronokinesis.
It says that time doesn’t really exist. There is only NOW.
It says time seems to exist in our world because continuous events keep happening in sequence,
something like one event leads to another event infinitely in an order, which makes them seem like marching from past to future.
I WIE that such sequence of event become slow where next events come slowly after the present event,
something like playing the video in slow motion, where the following pictures come slower than usual.
Nothing really happened (or I have distorted time but it is not significant enough for me to see the result?)
After that I took a 10 minutes nap.
Surprisingly I felt like I have slept for a long 30 minutes.
Later I WIE the same thing before I go to bed.
I woke up very fresh like I have enough sleep.
I WIE time distortion a few times before I sleep and I always felt like I have a long good sleep.
Even today, normally I will wake up lazily waiting for the snoozer but today I manage to wake up earlier than usual feeling that I have had very good sleep.
That means I distort time effectively only in my sleep.
I have yet to distort time in my conscious state.
At least for now I show progress in Chronokinesis and hopefully I can do it in conscious state. (Maybe Chronokinesis works better when we go out of 3D, like in sleeping state)
Finally I can have “time” to sleep properly
I took one hour to WIE that my 3rd eye is functioning + can see through walls and all I got is weird sensation at my 3rd eye chakra.
